What Qualifies for Emergency Repair?

Here are four examples of what may qualify for an emergency roofing repair.

A storm has ripped off the shingles from your roof and water is leaking in quickly.
An object—like a branch or a tree—falls through your roof, creating a hole that is caving in and allowing inclement weather or wildlife to enter.
A fire has burned a portion of your roof, compromising its integrity.
Extreme damage to your roof that requires you to place a tarp over it to prevent further damage to the inside of your house.

What Qualifies for Semi-Emergency or Non-Urgent Repairs?

Any type of leak is serious and should be addressed as soon as possible. A small leak, though, may be scheduled for an inspection a few days out after discovering it. You should contact us, too, after a hailstorm so that we can inspect your roof for any damage. We are also happy to inspect your roof for signs of age. The sooner you call us for inspection, the quicker we can assess any issues and develop a treatment plan.

Please note that we will only inspect roofs when it is safe to do so, which may mean waiting until severe weather has passed before going up on the roof.
